Dr. P Wayne Oliver
Lead PastorDr. P. Wayne Oliver is a devoted husband to Lady Seash Kay Oliver, loving father to Praise and Jireh, and caring bonus dad to Jalon and Mason. A shepherd at heart, his singular vocation as Shepherd and Teaching Pastor manifests across churches, campuses, and communities. As president of Loving You to Life Ministries, he compels and equips sacred and secular organizations to lead from the emerging future and align God-shaped, God-sized vision with intentional strategy. He also serves as an educator, author, public theologian, bridge builder, healthcare chaplain, and thought leader, and is the Boeing University Relations focal for Florida A&M University’s School of Business and Industry.
Dr. Oliver’s ministry and leadership have included senior pastoral roles and community development leadership in the Pacific Northwest and Midwest, and service in U.S. Air Force chapel ministry. In June 2025 he and Lady Seash moved on faith to Forney, TX to plant Agape Community Church, a loving and lifting fellowship committed to helping diverse faith communities Belong, Believe, and Become.
A native Texan and first-generation college graduate, he grew up with a serious speech impairment until the Lord loosed his tongue to preach the gospel at age 15. Dr. Oliver holds a BA in Religion, a Master in Divinity (MDiv), an MA in Educational Leadership, two Doctor of Ministry (DMin) degrees (Faith Seminary; Seattle University), and a PhD in Organizational Leadership. He has completed executive and pastoral leadership programs at Oxford, Harvard, Cornell, Notre Dame, and SeattleU. In June 2026 he was accepted into the prestigious Executive MBA Program at Cornell University.
Committed to faith that does justice, taking the whole gospel to the whole world, and loving people where they are, Dr. P mentors and coaches faith-based and secular organizations and leaders in faithful service, change leadership, vision casting, strategic planning, and organizational learning—modeling discipleship in the marketplace while calling others to live humbly and faithfully at the intersection of faith and culture.
Seash K. Oliver
First LadySeash K. Oliver is joyfully married to her loving husband, Dr. P. Wayne Oliver, who is her partner in love, life, faith, and ministry. Together they are committed to honoring God by serving His people, strengthening families, and advancing His Kindgom through compassionate leadership and faithful service. They are blessed with four remarkable sons—Jalon, Mason, Patrick II, and Jireh—whose lives continually deepen her faith, embolden her purpose, and inspire her commitment to investing in the next generation.
Seash is an educator, mentor, ministry leader, and passionate advocate for children and families. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology and a Master of Education in Special Education from East Texas A&M University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Texas. In the near future, Seash will pursue her PhD in Educational Management from Hampton University. With more than 20 years of experience in special education, she has dedicated her career to serving vulnerable students with diverse needs, partnering with families, and empowering educators through instructional, compliance, and equitable educational practices.
A woman of deep faith and service, Seash is committed to encouraging, equipping, and uplifting women, children, and families while promoting healthy, whole-child development, and stronger communities. She believes every opportunity to lead is an opportunity to serve. Her life’s mission is to love God, serve people, help families flourish, and inspire others to walk boldly in their God-given purpose. Having responded to the Gospel of Jesus Christ at the age of nine, her relationship with the Lord remains the foundation of her life and leadership.
